NLP

What is NLP?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming, NLP for short, is a method aimed at personal development and communication. NLP gives you insight into your own emotions, thoughts and behavior. As a result, you learn to deal more consciously with your experiences. By gaining more insight into yourself, you also learn to interact with others differently. NLP helps you discover what your unconscious patterns, processes and pitfalls are and it gives you insights and tools to deal with them differently. You will experience more freedom in your behavior, your choices, your thoughts, emotions and in dealing with yourself & others.

What can NLP do for you?

With NLP you can learn to understand yourself better and thereby tackle limiting beliefs. This increases your confidence in yourself. You learn to get out of your head to focus more on your feelings.

Unconscious behavior and unconscious thoughts will become more conscious, allowing you to experience more freedom in your behavior, choices and thoughts.

NLP can help you set priorities and achievable goals.

It also offers you tools to reduce stress and better deal with difficult situations and emotional reactions.

Time Line Therapy (TLT)

What is Timeline Therapy?

Timeline Therapy is a method aimed at exploring and revising the way we store and understand our memories and experiences. We all have a timeline the way we store memories and experiences. We know which memories are in the past and can recall events that will take place in the future. Just think about the shopping you are going to do next week.

In a Timeline session we work with this timeline and you can achieve profound positive changes in your life.

What can Timeline Therapy do for you?

Working with timelines helps you heal events that occurred in the past.

We all have certain beliefs within ourselves. We judge ourselves and believe negative thoughts. Or we experience certain emotions linked to past events. When we experience similar events in the present, we do not experience the emotion associated with the present event, but the emotions of the past. This makes us more concerned with the past than with what really happened. Often the emotion we experience is about the emotion we have felt in the past. Things you couldn't handle as a child, but which you, as an adult, can handle now.

And that's how it works with thoughts. In the past we have come to believe thoughts about ourselves. We have come to believe judgments about ourselves that we have heard from others. They have become beliefs about ourselves. This can cause you to have a negative self-image, doubt yourself or hear many judgmental thoughts about yourself and others.

Timeline therapy brings emotional liberation, behavioral change, improved self-image and processing of past events.
